Konstantine Surguladze presented his credentials to the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca at The Palace, in Valletta.
During the ceremony, the President of Malta and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations.
Born in Tbilisi on 14th July 1971, Ambassador Surguladze graduated in International Relations from Kiev University of Foreign Affairs, in International Law and International Relations from the I. Javakhisvili Tbilisi State University, and in Human Rights Law from the University of Birmingham.
Throughout his career, Ambassador Surguladze served within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, within the International Law Department, and in the Consular Department. He was also State Minister of Georgia for Diaspora Issues between 2012 and 2014, after which he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
