Ambassador of Lebanon Mira Daher Violides presented her credentials to President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca at The Palace, in Valletta.
During the ceremony, the President of Malta and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations.
Ambassador Mira Daher Violides joined the Diplomatic Foreign Service of Lebanon in 1994, as Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants. Between 1996-1999 she served as Deputy Chief of Mission within the Embassy of Lebanon in Thailand.
Between 1999 and 2004, Ambassador Violides served as Deputy Chief of Mission within the Embassy of Lebanon in the United Kingdom.
In 2005, Ambassador Violides was appointed as Deputy Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants in Beirut till 2012, when she was appointed as Chief of Protocol within the same ministry.
