The Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador presents her credentials to the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca

On the 31st January 2017, Ms Sandra Elizabeth Alas Guidos presented her credentials to the President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca at The Palace, in Valletta.

During the ceremony, the President of Malta and the Ambassador discussed bilateral relations.

Ambassador Sandra Elizabeth Alas Guidos was born in San Salvador, on June 16th 1968.

Ms Alas Guidos has a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters in Education Policy, and has received many courses and participated in many seminars in San Salvador from 2004 to 2015. She has got academic degrees in Education Sciences, National University of El Salvador (UES); University Specialist in Early Childhood Education; Master of Education Policy, PhD in Education.

Her professional experience and teaching was in:

  • Comprehensive Care Clinic to Women, San Salvador, 1991, Community Education training processes, issues related to Women and Gender, Domestic Violence, Human Rights

  • Central America University Jose Simeon Canas, UCA. Department of Sciences and Education, San Salvador, 1995-2009
  • Ministry of Education of El Salvador, San Salvador, 2009

Ambassador Alaa Guidos was a member of Internal Commissions in the Ministry of Education in the Institutional Strategic Committee, Gender Commission and National Commission on Teacher Training Service.
