This afternoon, President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca left Malta on a visit to Rome.
During this visit, President Coleiro Preca will have meetings with His Holiness Pope Francis and Secretary of State of the Vatican Cardinal Pietro Parolin. The President will also attend Beethoven’s ‘Missa Solemnis’ at Basilica San Paolo Fuori le Mura.
Mrs Dolores Cristina has taken the oath of office as Acting President of Malta.
